Hunter Biden was charged with making false statements on a federal firearms form and possession of a firearm as a prohibited person.
The false statement was checking the box they says you aren't addicted or user of alcohol or narcotics.
The second false statement is checking the box that says you've read and agreed to everything in the form and that your statements are true.
The third is getting a gun with this form.

FUN FACT: Harrison Floyd, director of Black Voices for trump, is STILL in the Fulton County Jail, even though everyone else has been released.
Floyd, also known as Willie Lewis Floyd III, will have to remain at the Fulton County Jail until he can appear before a judge.
He was also charged back in May with assaulting an FBI agent who was attempting to serve him a subpoena.
