Celebrating because it’s been FIVE years since my last epileptic seizure!
There were times where I thought I would never reach this milestone, but I’m blessed today to be finally here! Thanks to the support from my family and friends and a commitment to changing my life style!

My husband Mark asked me to phone him this morning to make sure he got up (yeah I know) ... Yesterday I added the Air-conditioning man, Mark, as a contact. You can see where this is going... I don't know if the Aircon man appreciated the early morning call telling him to get up.
