@lufthansa 1) flight cancelled and moved 2 days later. Had to make my own arrangements for hotel and meals. 100% understand that you need time to check invoices👍 2) I need a document for insurance that says, "yes, we canceled the flight due to a strike." Is this so hard to fill out? 👎

@lufthansa Hello, it has now been almost 60 days without receiving any response to the indicated FBIDs. I tried calls/email/feedback form, without response. Can you confirm that my only option now is to approach the LBA as it is in violation of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004? Thank you
