@RealMarkKennedy The lack of IQ to post something like this, with the most minimal understanding of basic historical facts, is astounding. US liberated Dachau, Buchenwald, Mauthausen. Brits liberated Belsen, Nearly all other major camps were liberated by Russians. Who probably didn't have candy.

My grandmother, who was 94 when she passed away, told me in one of her Holocaust stories that the first Americans she met were at Auschwitz when the camp was liberated. “The Americans gave us chocolates,” she told me in Yiddish. My love for this country is immense, and we must always remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice. #MemorialDay

@aeaglecrypto @IndianaGPA I get what you're saying. I was in Normandy for the 60th anniversary in 2004. Nearly ever veteran I met, American or British, said the sacrifice wasn't worth it, considering how America and Britain turned out. A great deal of disenchantment.

If you ever get the chance to go to Normandy, take it. Don't just visit it-take your time and let it sink in, because it is one of the most humbling experiences I've ever had. Standing there, looking out across those beaches, you can almost feel the weight of what happened there. It's hard to fully understand what those soldiers went through until you're standing in that place, realizing the courage it took just to run toward that shore. The beauty of Normandy is quiet and powerful, but so is the sacrifice it represents. The rows of white crosses, the history in the ground, the silence in the air-it all reminds you that freedom came at a tremendous cost. It's the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. It makes you grateful, reflective, and a little more aware of how much was given for the life we live today. Normandy is more than a battlefield. It is a lesson in sacrifice, bravery, and remembrance. 🙏🇺🇸🙏

@LoveInner Kleiber and Jochum are my favorite Beethovens. Not sure why Karajan gets into the top echelon. He wasn't horrible, but he wasn't Fürtwangler or Kleiber.

Hi everyone. Do any of you still consider this to be a classic, or is the feeling it’s now just one of the crowd?

The Poles weren't shot in a field. Nearly all of them were shot in a special wood basement constructed by the USSR's head executioner Vasily Blokhin, who shot nearly all of them himself, buying a special brand new butcher's smock for the job. Blokhin has the honor of directly killing the most humans in all history.

"I Heard Her Call My Name" is the VU concept taken to the hilt. Bits of Albert Ayler / Pharoah Sanders in Lou's screaming distorted guitar leads, with Doo Wop inserted into the mix, about love, about death. Cale's bass on that tune is hilarious, he turns the instrument inside out. "White Light / White Heat" was their peak. With Cale out, they turned into just another late 60s Rock band, albeit a weird one.

@d_ktalkballs The 2 pounder cannons didn't even have high explosive shells. Ridiculous. Rommel was astounded at how bad British tanks were. Plenty of armor on the Matildas, but the cannons were useless.

@tonywendice1954 Patton as a military figure is vastly overrated. Germans certainly didn't lose much sleep over him. They were more terrified of Zhukov, Rokossovsky and Arthur "Bomber" Harris incinerating their families while they fought. Patton had a high squeaky voice, unlike Scott.

Unpopular take: Tora! Tora! Tora! is a better movie -- or at least a movie I like more -- than Patton. Both 1970 releases. I have never really warmed to Patton which is why I'm saving it for near the end of my WW2 watching. I'm hoping it will finally "click" for me.

@StefanMolyneux Stalin didn't quite trust the original Jewish Bolsheviks, for good reason. Shot Kamenev, Zinoviev, Yagoda, had Radek beaten to death, chased Trotsky all the way to Mexico. Beria was a fellow Georgian, and Stalin wanted men he could trust to do his wet work. Beria was not Jewish.

@Tv09337856 @Nickisbackbaby Fine. I know how to deal with Mexicans. I think most white people aren't familiar with their angle. If you show Mexicans or Central Americans a little respect, they will mirror it back at you. They are generally positive energy people, unlike other immigrants I could name.

@danemorgan11 @Cernovich Why did we hang Ribbentrop and Tojo in 1946? According to you, nations can just start attacking other nations any time they feel like it. Right?

@danemorgan11 @Cernovich "Defend your territory"??? WE attacked a nation on the other side of the planet that wasn't bothering us. How would you like it if China just decided to start bombing us for whatever stupid, made up reason? America is supposed to be a moral nation that minds its own business.

@Marleaux_ @Cernovich YOU are the retard, for not wondering why Trump was sending Kushner and Witkoff, Zionists with minimal experience at diplomacy or nuclear power, out of a nation where only 2% of the population is Jewish, while Trump's Epstein affiliated handler Lutnick is 3 feet away, 24/7.

@Abigailalvaalva @Cernovich Nobody does terrorism better than Jews. They basically INVENTED terrorism. The Bolsheviks? And then the Stern Gang, the Lehi Gang, the Irgun in jolly old British Occupied Palestine? PLO and Hamas are mere pikers. Israel is the reigning champion of mass murder, killing innocents.

"Abbey Road" blows my mind at how mediocre it is, except for George's two classics. Lennon was truly out of gas at that point, and McCartney was saving his his best work for his solo career. Not one Paul masterpiece on the album. "Come Together" is indeed a ripoff of Berry's "You Can't Catch Me". Twas definitely time to pack it in! I'm a huge fan of The White Album.

@SGToogie @Cernovich There is a certain sort of dimwit who thinks America has the right to barge in anywhere on the planet uninvited, and if the locals rightfully react negatively to these invasions, THEY are in the wrong. Not us, for kicking in the door where we weren't wanted.

@SGToogie @Cernovich Thousand dead Americans who were invading a neighboring nation under false pretenses, defiling Shiite shrines and neighborhoods? How would Americans react if the Chinese Army invaded Canada under false pretenses, blew up American citizens and real estate, harassed Americans?

@JosephEigo @Cernovich Iran is a sovereign nation that has every right to defend itself, to defend fellow Shiites in the Middle East, just as Israel defends Jewish interests world wide. Iran has a right to arm itself. If Israel is allowed nukes, why not Iran? How many nations has Iran attacked lately?
