The prosecutor also alleged Trump lawyers have given Jack Smith a roadmap for exactly how to prosecute him: "It is right there. Judge Kaplan has immediately denied Trump lawyer Joe Tacopina’s baseless request for a mistrial. This was never going to work, nor will it get anywhere on appeal. Tacopina knows Trump is going to lose the Carroll trial, and he wants Trump to blame someone other than him.

What are your thoughts? If Trump loses the rape and defamation trial to E. Jean Carroll, who will Trump supporters blame? Will it be Donald Trump, his attorney Joe Tacopina, Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, E. Jean Carroll, or the Jury? Shouldn’t people who lose trials be the ones to bear the blame? Why does it seem as though no matter what happens in any trial that Trump or his businesses face, his base will simply find someone else to blame. It seems like it will always be the prosecutors, the judge, the jury or Democrats. It will never, ever be Trump's fault. Or am I wrong this time?

BREAKING: Judge Kaplan, the presiding judge in the E. Jean Carroll case, has just denied a motion for mistrial, without comment, by Trump's attorney Joe Tacopina. Tacopina had accused U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan of being biased and requested a mistrial. The allegations stemmed from what Tacopina saw as "pervasive unfair and prejudicial rulings”. In my opinion this case is not going well for Trump at all.

People forget Trump would not allow Biden to transition. He had information withheld. He went in unlike all the Presidents before him had been able to. He was behind before he could begin. He didn't whine about it. He just started working. People forget, but my memory is long.
