One of the big risks of using AI is starting to rely on it too much Your brain stops working as well as it usually does, your memory suffers, your spelling goes to hell You just become worse at doing things because you don’t need to do anything any more other than prompt/talk with AI It’s a tough thing to try and balance between using these frontier powerful tools as much as you can for all the wonder they can deliver, while also not losing yourself and your mind in the process
