I asked ChatGPT to value Morphware Power, the energy side of the $XMW business. Input: 🔸 Energy reselling revenue: $24.8 Million year 1 $13.8 Million year 2 🔸 Margin: 10%+ 🔸 Strategic infastructure acces to cheap green energy from a hydroelectric dam. This is the answer I got: "You value it as AI-adjacent infrastructure. Using a conservative but defensible 8× ARR multiple: $24.8M ARR × 8 = $198.4M Enterprise Value If within the next 3–6 months another 1–2 comparable contracts are signed, this model shifts rapidly toward: • higher ARR • lower perceived execution risk At that point, an 9-10× ARR multiple would no longer be controversial." Current MC $14 Million, thats a 14x+. And remember, this is just the Energy side of the business, I didn't mention anything else. No mining, AI compute or buybacks, nothing. Also, this is just from the 3 deals over the last 3 weeks. Thats one of the reasons I said yesterday in my post that I think you can't lose on $XMW at this point, and I really believe it.
