@TigerPreGame It's debatable but I firmly believe that Nick Saban calling plays wouldn't have helped but so much with those guys. Klubnik had the skills just terrible decision making in critical moments playing hero ball. And DJ had no accuracy and extremely slow processing speed.

@Bravetweetr @TigerNE_CU @TigerPreGame Cade was terrible at staying in the pocket. I did at least see Vizzinas helmet turn when he was reading receivers against SMU. So he has the potential to definitely be better. Cade would only make 1 read, 2 at the very most and then he got happy feet.

@Bravetweetr @TigerNE_CU @TigerPreGame Honestly, that's comical because his best games came after that game. He had spurts. First half against the SMU. A quarter or so against Texas. He was just never consistent because he tried to play hero ball. Tennesse had nothing to do with it.

@tedjackson6291 is correct. And it is also possible GR did not help by putting those highly touted, but otherwise average, QB's in better position to be successful. Two things can be true.

@TigerPreGame IMO the play callers get too much credit, the playmakers not enough. And QB is the biggest issue. Clemson hasn't had a good one since TL16 walked outta those doors.

I struggle to understand how GR did not work at Clemson. Came with all the creds. On one hand, you can say he never was gifted a QB that could process the game in front of him. On the other hand, overall playcalling never felt right.

@Tiger_Talkz @ZachLentzRTR When I mentioned his stance I was talking about recruiting. It doesn't look like he is using the portal anything more than he ever was though; a gap filler. We just have far more gaps than we used to. And he didn't take but one offensive player in the portal.
