How did we get to this point 😡
For context, in 2019 my monthly spend on car fuel was 13k. By 2022 (just before this regime), it moved to 25k.
Now, I spend approx 300k/month on fuel. Today, I literally thought the attendant made mistake when 80k couldn’t fill up the tank, until I noticed another increase in the pump price😖😖
This’s not sustainable. We are literally drowning and we can’t normalize what’s happening….
As we Dey face am for Fuel, we Dey face am for housing cost, face am for food…how do we expect the average Nigerian to cope….having this kind of cost of living crisis is too bad

@rukky_nate we use Toshiba automatic machine after like 4 years develop fault , we tried fixing but no way, so we pay to get our cloth washed twice in a month, sometimes we will have to wash our cloths and our children's cloth before they come , e no easy oo, finally find a way to repair it

If you can afford a washing machine, buy one and use it.
This is coming from someone who grew up washing clothes by hand every weekend.

Even your KPI means shit to them, so if you like go above and beyond, they only see who they want to see.
The only thing that hurt me in the few months of experience I had as HR is when people come for promotion review and I request do their cv, you’ll be surprised it’s the same cv they used to get the job 5 years ago they’ll forward to you, no growth, no certification, zero career development. Criteria for promotion may just involve those key things.
But yea, loyalty, that’s why you see people being kind to the HR meanwhile HR sef is fighting their own battles 😂 some will even date their bosses for a chance.

It means improved electricity supply with minimal outages. I don’t know where you are staying so I can’t speak for you but where I am staying, everyone can testify that the power supply has greatly improved.

@tee4friend @omotomilola Some of you have really mastered the automatic transmissions. These were discussions i used to have when I used a manual transmission. Now I use automatic gear cars, I only drive in D and figure out the overtaking from there. Il try this out i think.
