@SamsungUK are giving me the run around. I need support on a wrong trade in amount and have spent about 4hrs on chats, phone calls and emails. Twice sent to the incorrect teams and having to wait for 30 mins before being given the wrong information. #samsung #RoyalRumble2025

@British_Airways Tracking doesn't give us any relevant information which we are trying constantly and nobody will pick up the phone to speak to us. This is not acceptable and having a great impact on our holiday

@British_Airways arrived in Orlando Florida with my family today, but my luggage didn't. The staff at MCO weren't helpful and I can't get in touch with anyone at BA.

@marksandspencer What's going on? Ordered a headboard online which didn't match the bed only to find out instore there's one. Your website shows the same headboard as 2 different items!! I need to do a return and exchange asap but customer services is a nightmare via phone/email
