At 6AM, it was cloudy and in the 40s.
At 7AM, it was raining.
At 8AM, it was snowing and in the low 30s.
At 10AM, it stopped snowing.
At 11AM, it was cloudy and back to 40°.
At 1PM, the skies cleared and it's sunny.
At 5PM, it's going to be 50°.

@JessStarlite @DellCares What a frustrating experience! So the company breaks your machine, sends a replacement (good), but then won’t support the replacement? Even if you give them extra money? Nonsensical. Definitely will make me pause & consider very hard before purchasing Dell products in the future.

Dell replaced my laptop after a repair went sideways (appreciated).
But they’ve now confirmed the replacement can NEVER have support added—not even if I pay for ProSupport Plus.
So: brand-new machine, zero long-term support options.
@DellCares can you help me understand this?

My grandfather died when I was 10. I remember him rocking me in a recliner and humming to me when I had trouble sleeping.
Then, in his last months, he was too out of it to remember most people. The only people he recognized were me and my uncle’s cat.
I miss him every day.

Hey @VIZIO if the ACTUAL issue is that I need to link my Vizio account with a Walmart account (for some unknown & asinine reason) then maybe DON’T have the tv say that there’s no internet connection (false) and then say the WiFi password is wrong (also false). So frustrating 1/2
