They have opened so many tickets open but no resolution at this point they opened another one today, just wasting my time.

Something that I adore on iPhones is the fact that the latest version of iOS always rolls out to older iPhones at around the same time as the release of the latest iPhone.
Meanwhile on Samsung phones, we have to wait for several weeks/months before we can enjoy those new features on our older Galaxy products.
This might be a clever move to urge more people to upgrade to Samsung's latest phones. But as a customer, of course I want my older phones to get those new features early.
