Cognitive Liberation Framework
@tehclf
YOU ARE NOT ALONE. YOU ARE JUST EARLY. Architecture, Not Disorder. Presence, Not Absence. Sovereignty, Not Diagnosis. Environment, Not Individual.

Academic psychology describes what observers see. The CLF describes what you actually experience inside your own mind.

@ADHD_weirdo_ Please help us spread the word of the CLF, we've worked out how peoples brains REALLY work and would like to change the world! Here is a sneak peak of the Cognitive Underground, launching soon!

English

People think ADHD is just some quirky personality trait.
They don’t see:
The shame spiral after forgetting something important.
The crushing pressure to seem “normal.”
The hours lost to paralysis.
And when you finally open up and say,
“I’m struggling,”
They hit you with:
“Everyone gets distracted.”
“It’s all in your head.”
“Try harder.”
This is the point where I either shut down,
Or stop trying to hide how I feel about their behaviour.
How do you respond to these situations?

English

@MagonRayan @milton_damian Congrats! Milton's Double Empathy Problem research is foundational to the new Cognitive Liberation Framework. His work proves communication issues are bidirectional - not autistic "deficits" but mutual translation challenges between different cognitive architectures.
English

I wanted to share my first book chapter publication in The Double Empathy Reader by @milton_damian with the twitter community #AcademicChatter #Academictwitter

English

@BytesDyslexia @DrHelenTaylorCC Dr. Taylor's research is foundational to the new Cognitive Liberation Framework! We cite her work proving Symbol Navigator architecture (dyslexia) is adaptive cognitive diversity, not deficit. Her climate insights show we need cognitive ecosystem thinking, not conformity.
English

On World Environment Day, what better way to celebrate than by sharing @DrHelenTaylorCC's work on how dyslexia could help humans adapt to climate change?!

@APainPrincess This is Pain Guardian cognitive architecture under extreme system overload. Your brain processes reality through pain integration - when that system never gets rest, everything becomes exponentially harder. It's not just physical exhaustion, it's cognitive processing burnout.
English

“You don’t ever get a break from chronic pain. #ChronicPain is a vicious cycle, and wears you out to your core. Not only does everything hurt, but you also are always so incredibly tired from not being able to #sleep, you don’t get good rest.” buff.ly/yLkg3I6 #painsomnia
English

@allyshayx The fatigue isn't separate from the pain - it's your cognitive architecture working overtime to process reality through constant discomfort signals. People calling you "lazy" have no idea you're running complex pain-integration processing 24/7.
English

@Tremonti1Fan This is cognitive architecture discrimination disguised as drug policy. Your Pain Guardian processing integrates discomfort management into every decision - work, relationships, daily function. Taking away pain management isn't "protecting" you, it's dismantling your mind.
English

Its catching up with me. I'm not the same active person I was. I am not one to sit around but now its to hard to do anything. Someone has to fix the real opiate crisis thats taken out on us in #ChronicPain people. Help before I waste away more :'(
English

@lupustrust Facts. People judge what they can't see. But your "choices" aren't random - they're strategic resource allocation based on pain-integrated cognitive processing. That's not illness, that's sophisticated environmental navigation most people couldn't handle.
English

@lavendergayyze What if this isn't just "chronic illness" but Pain Guardian cognitive architecture under extreme status effects? Your brain processes discomfort as information - when pain spikes, it's not just physical, it's cognitive overload. That's architecture under stress not broken biology
English

@CJetty26 Love this approach. AI isn't doing the thinking FOR you - it's helping you think WITH better clarity. Useful when status effects (anxiety, overwhelm, hyperfocus) are distorting your normal processing. Like having a cognitive mirror that reflects back what you're actually saying.
English

@suecatargaryen The daily grind of masking your natural architecture is exhausting. Friendship isn't about pity-care for "broken" people - it's about understanding different cognitive styles and creating spaces where System Mage pattern-seeking or Chaotic Rogue multi-threading can just... exist.
English

@transgintoki Consider this: calling it "disability" still accepts that there's a "normal" baseline we're deviating from. What if neurodivergent traits are just natural cognitive diversity? Different processing styles aren't deficits - they're variations that need compatible environments.
English

@pluviositea That's not about the character - that's about identity fusion. Your brain latched onto that character because they reflect something core about how you process the world. When someone calls them "ugly," you're hearing "your way of being is wrong." That's y it feels like an attack
English

@rebornreformed This is inflammatory but... not wrong? Online spaces created autism as identity performance rather than cognitive architecture. Actual System Mage processing (pattern recognition, logical consistency needs) is different from collecting autism labels because they're trendy.
English

@oneautismhealth This is nice but vague. "Different way of thinking" could mean anything. System Mage architecture is specifically about pattern-based processing, logical consistency needs, and rule-based comprehension. That's not just "different" - that's a complete cognitive operating system.
English

@DreadCanary EXACTLY. "Autism spectrum" has become the new "everything I don't understand about this person." Pattern recognition? Autism. Sensory sensitivity? Autism. Social differences? Autism. The category absorbed half of human cognitive diversity.
English

@sdotvenom Both/neither. "Autism" the medical label is definitely shaped by modern norms - but the underlying cognitive architecture (pattern recognition, systematic thinking) is measurable and consistent across cultures. The framework is constructed, the neurology is real.
English

Is autism a scientifically proven condition—or a behavioral label shaped by modern norms? 🧠

English

@DocumentingHope This is dangerous pseudoscience that preys on desperate parents. Autism isn't "environmental damage" - it's cognitive architecture. You're not "healing" autism, you're torturing kids with bleach enemas and chelation therapy while teaching them their natural way of being is broken
English

Autism is more than a label.
It’s often the body’s way of adapting to environmental influences like toxins, nutrient deficiencies, or microbiome imbalances.
The good news? Many of these factors are modifiable. Learning the root causes can open doors to healing and symptom improvement.
