Probably plans are not meant for the future. Plans are meant to move you in the present.

I used to think I had a discipline problem because I'd start projects and abandon them in 2 weeks. Journaling, gym, side hustle, meditation - always the same pattern. Start strong, fade out, feel guilty, repeat. But I eventually figured out - I wasn't lacking willpower. I was using new projects as emotional regulation. The excitement of starting something new was my version of scrolling - a hit of novelty to escape the discomfort of being stuck. The fix was to ask: What am I actually running from? Once I sat with that honestly, finishing things got weirdly easier.

We get stuck not because we lack options - but because we see too many. Every path has flaws. So we analyze, compare, optimize... and never move. The person who picks a "wrong" path and walks it for 3 years ends up further ahead than the person who spent 3 years picking the "right" one. Intelligence without commitment is still procrastination.

India just blocked access to Supabase and Firebase. Thousands of apps. Startups. Student projects. Production systems. All suddenly at risk. No clear communication. No technical transition plan. No consideration for the developers building on top of these services. An entire ecosystem disrupted overnight . When infrastructure platforms are blocked without understanding downstream impact, it’s not just companies that suffer it’s builders, founders and users across the country. India can’t aim to be a global tech powerhouse while pulling the ground from under its own developers.

@JatinTweets_ The fix should be about how to handle such scenarios, not block the account. Do not add another hurdle. This applies to bank account details too. Anybody can send money with a Bank account number. If anybody has to mess with you, they'd find bank acc number.

What I've realized is - scrolling is an adapted mechanism for relief. The real addiction is relief. Our nervous system is so overloaded, and reels/shorts are the only place we get to breathe a little. We think discipline is the fix, it's not. The fix is to teach our body to feel safe, to learn to enjoy, to play. Take more breaks. This is the fix.

Something that changed how I think about time: If someone offered me ₹100 crore but the catch is - I won't wake up tomorrow - I wouldn't take it. Obviously. So my tomorrow is worth more than ₹100 crore. And yet I was squandering it with 30-second dopamine hits on reels/shorts. We all do this without realizing how expensive it is.

@the2ndfloorguy > creating a sense of being observed has more long-term impact than issuing challans alone But without enforcement, 'sense of being observed' has ZERO impact. > a surprisingly low percentage of challans actually get paid today Exactly. Enforcement is the REAL problem.

met the joint commissioner, blr today. spent ~2 hours in a detailed discussion with officers. pretty open, thoughtful and they genuinely loved the idea. a few takeaways from the chat: - direct integration with official astram apis - snitching culture argument is baseless, goal is deterrence and safety - violation detection at scale is still an evolving problem - creating a sense of being observed has more long-term impact than issuing challans alone - a surprisingly low percentage of challans actually get paid today (~20%), a big open problem also got a walkthrough of the large scale, city-wide camera + ai surveillance system. crazy to see scale and effort already being put. got interest in exploring how my tech could complement their existing camera setup. will spend time building an early version of a tiny device and refining the models. most imp - this isn’t being looked at as a revenue first product. no incentives, at least for now. likely needs some grants or institutional support to move forward :)

Gentle reminder to all the concerned doctors and/or influencers We haven’t made any public commercial announcements about Temple yet. We haven’t released any official device benchmarking data. A lot of the work is still underway; we’re months away from introducing preview devices to the public, if at all. You are advising people not to buy an “unvalidated” device that isn’t even available to order or pre-order yet. That’s funny, tbh. We will share all the science if and when we decide to sell Temple. You can judge and give all your advice at that moment. Until then, be curious, and cheer Indian startups? Your skepticism is valuable, but at the right time.

i was tired of stupid people on road so i hacked my helmet into a traffic police device 🚨 while i ride, ai agent runs in near real time, flags violations, and proof with location & no plate goes straight to police. blr people - so now ride safe… or regret it.

@HubliHescom, these frequent power cuts in Dharwad are frustrating. And nobody picks up the call at KEB. Even when we dont use electricity, maintenance fees are deducted but where is the maintenance? Who is accountable for these frequent power cuts? @siddaramaiah @INCKarnataka

@IndiGo6E Essentially - there was no compensation given. There's nothing to understand, it's very clear. Nobody should accept the vouchers as compensation, it's fraud.

@tejas_soe Hi, as discussed, vouchers are name-restricted and can only be issued in the name of the customer listed on the PNR. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. ~Yesdev twitter.com/messages/compo…

Just flew @IndiGo6E recently. Flight was fine, but when I picked up my bag at the destination, the handle was completely busted - unusable. I reported it, waited around for a while, and was eventually offered ₹500… in the form of a flight voucher. (1/n)
