@DavidGrebstad I hope you also had the chance to see the LGBT Purge exhibit (If not, it's there till the fall!)

Visited the Canadian Museum for Human Rights in Winnipeg today—and I left genuinely moved.
The architecture is extraordinary, but what impressed me most was the content: clear, thoughtful, and powerfully presented.
The Holocaust section was especially poignant—sober, direct, and unforgettable. It’s something we should revisit regularly. Memory fades. The duty to remember shouldn’t.
Strong recommendation if you’re in Winnipeg: @cityofwinnipeg @CMHR_News

🏳️🌈 Honoured to attend with @CPCC_CCPC the 2SLGBTQI+ Flag Raising and Pride Walk at NDHQ today. Events like this remind us that inclusion and respect are at the heart of who we are in the CAF. Proud to stand in solidarity with our diverse community. ✨

Looking forward to being there next week. Thank you to the team for pulling together the stories.

For nearly 50 years in Canada, being gay made you a threat and could get you fired from the federal public service, military and RCMP. And then, people pushed back. Visit Love in a Dangerous Time: Canada's LGBT Purge, opening January 31. bit.ly/40oVbEK

Both traditional Poppy donation boxes and “Pay Tribute” tap-enabled ones will be available for donations in thousands of locations. Donors will also be able to give though the Legion’s national website. But there’s more! Next week, the Legion will unveil a brand-new collaboration that will greatly enhance the organization’s ability to distribute Poppies far and wide. Be sure to stay tuned for more details!

I am honoured to be receiving this award from our Lieutenant Governor. This award is a combined effort of the many heroes and groups I’ve been privileged to work with over many years, so I will accept this with these folks on my mind. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️❤️

Day 11 #NBHousingFacts: Today's stats describe Canada in general as specific stats aren't released for just New Brunswick. We still felt that this was important to release on Truth & Reconciliation Day. @tobinatrix @HOME_RL_UNB @WolastoqeyNNB @nbpolipod @nbpoli @tejross
