@hubermanlab Thanks as always for your work on this. I have been having some interesting results with NAG and sleep. It suggests I may be quite inflamed. My REM is down though so I will try NSDR as part of my wind down and maybe try Apigenin again.

If you wake up after 4-5 hours of sleep & find it hard to go back to sleep, it’s likely you offset your primary sleep drive (due to adenosine buildup etc). The next 2-3hrs of would-be sleep is when learning associated brain changes occur. 3 things help in this scenario. (Thread)

Something was always going to give. Saka’s hamstring has now given way and he will be out for ‘many weeks’, Mikel Arteta says. Frustrating for player, club and country. Players are very well-paid, and get the best medical care, but they remain flesh and blood, bone and soft tissue. The intense season with more and more fixtures, and with no winter break, means thoroughbred players will continue to go lame. We wouldn’t treat racehorses like this.

@ToonMouthTyne These things are all subjective. I love them all, but world class? Isak I think will be, same with Tonali with consistency. I adore Bruno, but I don't think he's world class. Certainly, very good, certainly international class, I think his decision making can let him down

I don't think there any many Batty style DMC these days. Bruno tends to be the link between defence and midfield. Whatever they are, it doesn't work.

Howe has repeatedly stated he doesn't believe in having an out and out six and has only played him in the six twice in 18 appearances. Bruno has played out of the six once in two years and was at his best further up the pitch in 21/22.

Telling that Eddie Howe referenced “staleness” in the Newcastle squad. That sounded like a directive to those above. I agree with him. He’s had zero backing for two windows - and it shows. My only gripe is Howe must also be ruthless in shifting players out. #NUFC

@S_Davisonn @CharIieBennett Surely Tonali was brought in as a six where he played for Milan. Bruno has always played there and looks out of sorts further up. Willock is too injury prone. An ACM and RW would help with the isolation which is indeed a huge problem.

@telboy80 @CharIieBennett Missing a number eight? We only exclusively have midfielders who are numbers 8s. We need 6s and 10s. Also a right winger doesn't solve our attacking problems if the striker is still isolated and we're still reliant on the same systems and tactics.
