Only read this if you're ready for your head to explode. At 1 pm they posted restoration time estimates by zip code on the home page. For example, Green Hills restored by FEBRUARY 8??? Too many Feb 8s on here my friends.

@emzanotti We put in a Kohler 26 kW whole home generator three months ago. It has been running without issue for 85 hours. We have had heat, antenna TV, warm water (tankless), meals cooked in the oven, laundry and dishwasher (not all at once).

Absolutely everyone is getting Generac quotes next week lol

@vrgldh To be fair, nobody would handle an ice storm of this magnitude well. There's just no good way to deal with lots of ice.

‘Underground power lines’ keeps coming up as if it’s a one day project and an easy fix. Nashville sits on ROCK. Solid limestone. We can’t just dig trenches for the power lines with a shovel. It would take years and cost BILLIONS to complete such a project.

@NESpower You guys sure do post a lot of PR for a company that provides inaccurate information on restorations , provides zero timeline for various areas, and still appears to be scaling too slow. Your own board members asked the same questions.

@FOXNashville If you started with 200 lineman … and have now scaled to 900 and are still behind…. Safe to say you could have warned in advance that you were grossly unprepared and they should have been warned to make accommodation plans to provide heat for their families. @NESpower
