No coup as of now. Sen. Ejercito and Sen. Zubiri have joined the Sotto-led minority bloc, taking their numbers to 11. The senate majority without Dela Rosa stands at 12. The minority stands at 11. 13 votes are needed to declare all senate seats vacant and trigger a leadership election. It would appear the Sotto camp still lacks two votes needed to oust Cayetano.
