@itsmattrey I don't know if you have tried, but high doses of magnesium helped a lot in Nexium related muscle spasms...the medicine caused a deficiency. It might be worth looking into, even if sounds simple.

Okay so off topic. But my fingers are feeling numb I can barly move my wrist and now even my shoulder is hurting and I have near to zero motoric movement in my right arm now..... I couldnt button my shirt even...

@formuLau16 I have had shoulder issues that also affected my elbows. What has helped are braces, and then I kept trying out different pain relief creams, either cooling or heating or with different pain medication ingredients. What works best for me is ibuprofen cream, but there are others.

I need advice help anything tbh I currently have tennis elbow. And the pain is literally getting unberable. And I dont know what to do anymore. I dont want to get the injection cause that full of steriods and I dont need that but its getting so bad now. Anyone any suggestions?
