Account closed for “consistent breaches” of their Fair Use policy when I haven’t returned anything since October! #ASOS you are a joke. You’ve been losing customers since your new returns policy came in and now you’re actually getting rid of customers willingly 🤦🏻‍♀️

@HiveHomeUK have played an absolute blinder. Big black Friday sale on home alarm systems and cameras. 6 months later you're telling us that you won't support them and they'll be useless. Any chance of a refund?

@HiveHomeUK I have not had any reply regarding replacement. Your company is AWARE of hundreds of cameras all stopping working as per Hive community website, you informed me support for the cameras would not be withdrawn until 2025 under the PRETEXT of helping the environment ??

@HiveHomeUK Fabulous end to my Tuesday. £300 lost on 2 faulty outdoor hive cameras. Chat forum advisor told me they'd be discontinued in 2025 anyway so advised me to purchase "alternative" cameras. Which is laughable. No offer to replace. Out of warranty. Thanks Hive 😩

@BritishGasHelp We bought a hub and thermostat HIVE recommended by your service engineer it’s been fantastic.. since then we bought camera plugins bulbs feeling safe for our retirement .we have just heard they are no longer operating after 2025 is this right ? Worried

@HiveHomeUK what do we do when the app & support for outdoor cameras we own stop? Devices are in perfect working order & cause of this bizarre decision, I need to invest in another security camera for my property! At least take the stuff you sold to people back as it’ll be junk!

@wizzair Do not fly Wizz Air! They delayed our flight by 6 hours, confirmed they will pay a compensation, and a few e-mails later said they will NOT pay a compensation, without any explanation. Zero responsibility and customer care!

@AskWIZZ Dear @wizzair we’re waiting on flight delay compensations for more than a month now. We submitted our claims on 8.08.2023 and your policy is to get back in 30 days, but more than 30 days have passed we have no info on the status.. can I get the issue escalated?

@wizzair is it too much to ask for a response to three emails regarding a delayed flight and compensation back in August (other than the standard automatic reply) ? Can't even get through to the call centre line as it's a premium number which my mobile blocks !

One year and I still haven't gotten my compensation from @British_Airways . Delayed flight, missed connection, paid for hotel night, taxis to and from airport to get luggage locked away overnight, forced to change destination as there were no flights or trains... #britishairways

@British_Airways It gets better @British_Airways - now contacting me saying will pay me £273 when I am owed £620+ - hotel and alternate flight alone were £340.99 never mind the trains, food and compensation I am owed. If anyone has a contact number please share as this is disgraceful!!!

@British_Airways Be ashamed of yourselves, first cancel a Thursday flight from London City;put me on a Friday flight from London Heathrow to now cancel that!!!! Now offering me a Sunday flight (+2 day)-Pay and Claim they say,we will see. Do not use if can avoid - toxic service.
