Total Black students: 44. That’s ~10 per class.
Total Asian students: 157. That’s ~40 per class.

This is what American Medical Students face. The cost of becoming a doctor goes up while reimbursement continues to decline. The compounding interest of many student loans can be daily. Depending on the speciality one chooses, may be very challenging to pay this off. This will be another contributor to shortage of US trained physicians.

My wife and I have been debating about trying to pay off our mortgage early or invest extra money into the stock market.
The faster we pay off our home the easier it is for my wife to quit work and be a stay at home mom.
But the more money we have invested the easier it becomes to live off our investment portfolio.
