A Hindu man had gone rafting in the Ganga River in Rishikesh. Some peaceful people were also in the same rafting boat with him. When he asked everyone in the boat to say “Ganga Maa ki Jai”, all those peaceful people went silent. Not a single one of them said “Ganga Maa ki Jai.” What kind of people are these? They want to go rafting and enjoy themselves in the holy Ganga River, which is sacred and deeply connected to the faith of Hindus. Yet they still cannot even say “Ganga Maa ki Jai.”

Now, coming to Gandhara, the first texts that to be written in these areas was Rigveda, a hindu philosophy, and later every cultural milestones happened in the Gangentic plains. Gandhara believed hinduism and budhism, both born in India.

China has no interest in giving India extra face. Why should Beijing sit through New Delhi using a BRICS platform to attack Pakistan over terrorism and push the same old narrative again? India has been doing this for years, and patience has limits. Skipping the event does not mean China does not value BRICS. It means China does not value India that much.

It's somewhat understandable, given the clash with Trump’s visit.
What’s even more surprising, though, is that Beijing isn’t sending any senior stand-in either. Not even Vice President Han Zheng, who often fills in for Wang. Instead, China will be represented by its ambassador to India, Xu Feihong.
