@AmericanAir flying with you this weekend has been excruciating. From delayed trips causing missed connections or forcing us to change destination cities altogether. Not sure what value being a AAdvantage customer really adds. This has been an awful weekend to fly.

@warrenjadams @united Plane just flew over in Wichita UA2729 RDU to DEN and was diverted back around. Crazy.

@united , so understand that DIA shut down and our flight (UA2729) was diverted to COS for fuel. Our pilot is saying that passengers who want to get off at COS can, as he doesn’t want to “force people to go to DEN”. The original itinerary was RDU to DEN. Unreasonable
