Spent some time reverse engineering the Apple Maps sheet UI on iPad. This can be achieved with a few private UIKit APIs... 3 private properties of UISheetPresentationController: horizontalAlignment, wantsBottomAttached and marginInRegularWidthRegularHeight. Code below... 👇🏽

A couple of things to note... - The width of the sheet is determined by the presented view controller's contentSize property. You _need_ to use a non-zero height value too. - The sheet can be centre, leading or trailing aligned. Use a value of 0, 1 or 2, respectively.

@rjonesy Robocalls and spam texts. I'm almost ready to just block all unknown callers. The spam texts are insane too.

Been a while, but here's your private API of the day... UIKit's fluid slider, as seen in Apple Music, Podcasts, SpringBoard and more. UISlider has private `_sliderStyle` and `sliderConfiguration` properties. Here, the slider has a style of 110, and the configuration is an instance of the private `_UISliderFluidConfiguration` class.

⚠️ Private API of the day...and it's a good one 🤓 UICustomViewMenuElement is a class that inherits from UIMenuElement and lets you initialise a menu item with a custom content view. It's used in frameworks like ChatKit for the Messages app. Gist below👇🏽

@fcilia_dev @alpennec Have you tried UICalendarView? The only downside it is iOS 16+ and you probably would need to wrap it in UIViewRepresentable to use alongside SwiftUI. But imo thats easier than building from scratch developer.apple.com/documentation/…
