if you're unhappy with John Thune
let him know right here!
it does no good if we just complain to one another.
Let Thune know-- @LeaderJohnThune

Leader John Thune @LeaderJohnThune has no idea what the repercussion’s are going to be for turning his back on the base and leaving the SAVE America Act behind and going to break, expressly against the will of the People.
The failure of leadership, and the lack of importance and dismissal of the American people will lead to a nightmare he will never wake up from.
I hope he enjoys the pain of this decision.

If Republicans lose the midterms to a terrorist organization, it will be because of one man: BLM supporter John Thune.
Here he is on the run—right after he passed a partial DHS funding bill that excludes funding for ICE and CBP—while the single most consequential bill in modern history, backed by a majority of Republicans, Democrats, and independents alike, the SAVE America Act, remains pending.

It’s absolutely DISGUSTING to me that @LeaderJohnThune had ONE DAMN JOB to do.
Not only did he FAIL spectacularly… he straight QUIT and waved the white flag like a coward.
That man is NO leader rather a spineless disappointment.
Americans and South Dakotan’s deserve a hell of a lot better than this WEAK nonsense!

Hey, @LeaderJohnThune is just this era's Benedict Arnold.
Another Paul Ryan
Useless spineless bastard like his dad.

@BasedMikeLee Just nuke it. Rip off the bandaid. I'm sick of this.

The Senate GOP has exactly two options if it wants to avoid drifting into irrelevance and a stunning loss in November:
(1) Keep the filibuster and 60-vote cloture rule fully intact, but stand ready to overcome Senate Democrats’ unprecedented pattern of obstruction by aggressively enforcing the “talking filibuster”—a move that would require senators to work longer, harder hours and take fewer recesses, but lead to more thoughtful, careful deliberation in the legislative process,
OR
(2) Nuke the filibuster.
I strongly prefer the first option.
But we must choose either one or the other—because the status quo isn’t working and the resulting inertia isn’t just making it impossible to pursue a coherent agenda; it’s hurting the American people.
What’s your preference?

It’s not just fucking Thune.
At all.
And frankly I’m goddamn sick of hearing just his name dragged out like some lone villain while the rest of the Senate Republican caucus slithers into the shadows.
Every single fucking senator who refuses to stand up, cast the vote, and rip the gavel from his hands shares the blood on this betrayal.
They know the rules cold...they’ve studied the filibuster’s chokehold, watched Reid and Schumer carve it open with surgical ruthlessness when it suited their side, and understand exactly how a simple majority could install new leadership tomorrow and force a talking filibuster or nuclear-option carve-outs to ram through the SAVE Act, border sovereignty, election integrity, and the rest of the Trump mandate.
Yet they choose paralysis.
This isn’t prudence.
It’s a caucus-wide epidemic of institutional Stockholm syndrome fused with careerist gutlessness.
These are men and women psychologically captured by the Senate club...addicted to the narcotic safety of committee gavels, “bipartisanship” theater, and the warm bath of never having to govern with the ferocity their voters demanded.
They fear primary challenges, Twitter mobs, and the raw exercise of power far more than they fear failing the country.
Vichy Republicans in bespoke suits, performing conservatism while the agenda suffocates under 60-vote theater they’re too cowardly to dismantle.
Thune is the visible symptom.
The disease is systemic rot...every last one of them who sits on their hands and lets it fester.
They are not leaders. They are ornate obstacles.
Name them all. Demand they act with lethal will, or watch them be replaced.
The polite theater is over.
The American people are done waiting and we are fucking pissed off.

If they do neither then we are cooked. It won't just be Thune's fault. It will fall on the heads of ever cowardly senator who refuse to remove him and put in someone who will actually do something. You get that it's not just on Thune, right? If the other senators won't act to stop him, when they can, his inaction is their fault, too.

@OcrazioCornPop I have never, nor has anyone I've ever known, taken 18 days of vacation in a row while working a full time.
These people do not understand the concept of work.
They hate us with the burning passion of a thousand suns.
They just wanted to go home so they did.
TRATIORS.

🚨 SENATE BETRAYAL: The Senate has gone on break and is not planning to return to regular business until Monday, April 13, 2026...
18 DAYS!
It has adjourned into brief "pro forma" sessions to keep the Senate technically "in session" to prevent any gap long enough (10+ days) for President Trump to make recess appointments without Senate confirmation.
The Save America Act has NOT been passed!
The Big Beautiful Bill funds ICE & CBP frontline agents through 2029, BUT leaves their CRITICAL civilian support staff (IT, logistics, case managers) UNPAID since mid-February 2026!
These patriots have been working WITHOUT PAY for MONTHS, some for 6+ months straight after the last shutdown.
No money for bills, families in crisis.
WORSE: No support staff MEANS NO case processing, NO legal reviews, NO deportation flights.
Mass deportations are STALLING while illegals laugh.
IS THIS AN ACCEPTABLE DEAL?
LET @LeaderJohnThune KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!
