@sharrond62 Dreadful news .. both the show and the act chosen 🤦
English

@JohnSwinney How in practice will you cap prices for essential food items ?
English
We will cap prices for essential food items, and cap all bus fares at £2.
We will further improve our NHS, with more GP walk-in centres across Scotland.
And we will bring hope with the fresh start of independence.

@SkySportsDarts @TheeSeedman I don’t particularly like Luke littler but his talent is unbelievable.. he’s a bad competitor but he’s young and MAY learn .. totally out of order last night .. deserves a fine ( easily payable ) .. move on ..
English

@LeeDForster Unlikeable despite his obvious ability .. he is young so give him a chance .. look at gezzy now .. changed man
English

@STVNews lol heard it all before .. emptier than an empty thing
English

@JohnSwinney We all have things we don’t like in life .. just like you we can’t change them either .. posting on social media is quite pathetic for politicians actually.. wherever in the world they are based
English
I’m fed up with the Westminster system that means hard work delivers less and less, while people’s energy and food costs just keep going up.
The fresh start of independence would mean we can use Scotland’s resources to benefit Scotland’s people.

@ScotlandNT Wearing the away shirt in a home game .. shameless marketing
English

@ScotNational I would listen more if he admitted his financial contribution to the country he cares so passionately about.. income tax? Council tax ?
English

@ScotlandNT My only question is what did Steve Clarke learn from the game tonight by playing so many established players ???
English

FULL TIME: Scotland 0-1 Japan.
A late goal for the visitors gives them victory in a tight game at the National Stadium.

@Phantomthe55th @ScotlandNT Hampers ??? Decades ??? Scotch ??? Did ye ? .. aye

@PlebianShaadi @aobrienfansite I saw him at the curragh in his second race .. workmanlike so I didn’t understand the hype .. yet Aiden still rates him .. what do I know
English
@aobrienfansite He's an enigma of a horse. Obviously he's been ridiculously over-hyped but he showed enough as a 2yo to suggest he's a possible G1 horse . Aidan has been consistent about his speed but his pedigree says he can go at least 8f. Looks like King Of Steel, same colour, same big head

My thoughts on Albert Einstein, for those interested.
The ground clearly didn’t help, but for me, he’s never really looked like a natural sprinter to me he actually made progress late on.
Let’s be honest—keenness has been an issue, and that’s part of the reason he was here today.
My granddad used to say, “Trust the formbook, not the hype.” There’s been a huge amount of talk about this horse—maybe too much talk without enough substance to fully support it.
We all want to see the next superstar, we all dream of it—but today felt like one of those moments where the bubble bursts a little.
That said, there’s no doubt he can improve from here. The question is when—and over what trip.
Personally, I always felt Gstaad had the stronger form in the book and was the one to beat for the Newmarket Guineas. In hindsight, that view looks even more solid now.
Onwards and upwards.

English

@JAGrinnell @aobrienfansite It’s not the guineas yet .. COT and Auguste were class .. I saw COT win on his maiden at the curragh .. I saw Albert win at last years guineas meeting …he’s a shadow of COT .. I’m intrigued why aiden thinks otherwise .. he sees him every day
English
@aobrienfansite He's ran no worse race here than troy or auguste did in the guineas. He's never going to be a derby horse so much better that run coming today than at Newmarket
