@MidwestGolfJake Eagles are lucky occurrences for me. Have maybe had three my entire life. Made one this year. Holed out from 110 yards to a blind pin. My playing partners saw it go in. Fun stuff!

I am still without an eagle this year, and I probably have 6-10 rounds left maximum. I've made at least 1 eagle every season for as long as I can remember. I've had my chances. The best look was about a 10 footer on a short par 4 that I overread. And I lipped out a long putt on a par 5 early in the season. So...do I try to force it? Play up tees for a couple rounds? Or do I just accept that it's not gonna happen? What would you do?

@MidwestGolfJake Yes. You’re nuts. Ship sticks your clubs there and fly to Raleigh. The resort will pick you up for the 1 hour drive from the airport. Then take your clubs with you and check through luggage to go home.

So, we're going to Pinehurst to play golf in December. I'm planning to drive it! 15 hours over 2 days isn't bad...and I don't have to fly. I love flying but I hate airports and US airlines. Am I nuts?

@CentreCountyRep How bad is the Trump advance team? They planned a rally at nearly the same time of the away game against Wisconsin (7:30 pm). Trump is notorious for being late. He’ll be speaking at the same time everyone is watching the game. Genius! PS: I hope PSU was paid up front in cash.
