@TELUSsupport @Telus For months, I have received more and more calls from your overseas call centers, offering deals on my mobility account. I have asked countless times to be added to the do not call list. I have filed multiple complaints with the CRTC. Get your shit together.

It's five hours past the @UPS_Canada pickup window and we're still sitting here with our thumb up our ass because there's been no call, no email. Still showing a window of 9 AM to 1 PM - again, five hours ago. I'm not sure how this inspires confidence in the ability to deliver.

It's incredibly difficult to operate a business when @UPS_Canada can't even stick to their ridiculous four-hour windows for pickup. Send a vehicle or don't. But don't tell me you're going to be here and be a no-show. Time to cancel some appointments. Thanks for nothing, UPS.
