Bloating is only a problem with some people and mainly comes from FODMAPs ie Carbs that ferment in your gut, and most are just temporary. People who have extensive bloating issues with carbs usually have gut issues, IBS, or ingested too much fiber too quickly. Carbs aren’t an issue (for most people) and are the fastest energy source our body uses for energy. Keto is a lifestyle choice like any other diet, and I never said it doesn’t work, just as long as you’re in a calorie deficit you will lose weight. I just don’t agree with the dogma that carbs are bad since science says otherwise.

Did a HIIT on the Rogue Echo Bike. Whole workout: 10 minutes. Next 30 min: questioning my fitness, mental toughness, self-belief, and life in general. Almost like a spiritual experience.

I hate it when people in the fitness space push dogma over science Seed oils won’t make you unhealthy Diet Soda isn’t going to make you fat or unhealthy You can lose weight on Keto as long as you are in a Calorie deficit You can lose weight on Carnivore as long as you are in a calorie deficit You can lose weight Counting your calories and macros as long as you are in a calorie deficit All food is real food Losing weight and maintaining that weight comes down to what nutrition plan you can actually stick too for the long term Most people go back to their old habits in 1-3 years (occurring to research) So finding what you can actually stick too is the most important, so you don’t become another statistic.

One solid leg workout per week is plenty! If you really want to train legs again do some hill sprints. Just 3-4 sprints. Distance that takes 6-10 seconds is good

The bench press is still a great exercise and yes you definitely have a great physique but for targeting the sternocostal head there are definitely better lifts that isolate it better. No shade just saying. Growth can still occur with the bench press but a converging machine or plate loaded press would isolate better (science). And this is coming from someone that does barbell bench press twice a week, but I powerlift.

@homegymcoop @cigarettesummer So I have a knock off eames lounger, had it for about 2 years still looks brand new with a kid and a dog. Granted it was still about grand but definitely cheaper than the real thing with a 5-7k price tag
