Helping Dads ditch their Dadbod and live a stronger and better life for themselves and their families

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover 🤣🤣🤣

Since I started going to the gym, I’ve not been able to bring myself to engage in any home workouts. Weeks where I’m unable to be in the gym cos I travelled or got too busy, I wait for as long as it takes to get back in the gym. I do not waste my time doing push ups, sit ups or any workout at home, except my wife wants me to engage with her in inconsistent home workout. Going to the gym twice a week and doing a full body sets of workout to failure is more effective for building muscles than doing free-weights home workouts every single day of the week. It’s also important to add that your legs will be weak and an eyesore without weights in the picture. I consider home workouts a complete waste of my time but it’s still better than nothing.

in the gym if your goal is to grow your chest, bench pressing is a waste of time
