@TfL Big shoutout to your driver Malik at Cromwell Road Bus Station in Kingston for helping an injured pigeon. He noticed it couldn’t walk, gently picked it up, and carefully removed the string and hair tangled around its claws. His kindness and attitude are exemplary! Well done!
