Here are the atrocities they committed against me: 1. Unjust Freezing of my $63,000 and Blocking Account Login I am an ordinary individual user. I deposited my own funds and grew my account to $63,000 solely through BTC/ETH/SOL futures trading. However, without any warning, UZX completely froze my funds, blocked my withdrawals, and has continued to ignore me ever since. 2. Closure of Customer Support and 5 Months of Neglect To prove that the source of my funds is legitimate, I completed KYC Level 2 and submitted all my bank statements. When I questioned the reason for the freeze, they gave me the nonsensical and vague excuse of "potential links to investment fraud." How does that even make sense when I only traded BTC, ETH, and SOL? Since then, they have completely closed off customer support and are strictly ignoring every email and message I send. When I demanded empirical evidence regarding my trading history, they deleted my account entirely. I can no longer even log in. 3. Threats to Withhold Funds if Information is Shared Publicly Since I could no longer log in, I contacted their CS. The only response I received was a repetitive "wait." Five months have passed, and they have now shut down the support center entirely, refusing to even read my emails. Most appallingly, they threatened me by stating that if I shared this incident on social media or public forums, they would permanently deny my refund request. @elonmusk I finished reporting & blocking 15 accounts that I deemed as fake or scams using your name in some form. It included one that had a past personal connection that I felt was most likely a scam of some intent. I believe your absence from posting has helped reduce this problem ! It has reduced their fodder for content. Actually, has perhaps helped save X money by removing fake accounts!
