@realstewpeters Remember a few years back proto hologram exploded on the web with trending videos like this. I'm positive they don't "beam" you anywhere. They have that person cataloged, memorized, and stored, from voice to minute facial expressions. But nothings ever 💯

This whole AI Netanyahu thing is getting ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if he’s alive or if he’s dead. Israel is the only place on earth where it’s the people of the country and their culture that’s the problem, not just the current regime.

When I started building @ProtoHologram, I wasn’t just trying to invent a new piece of technology, I was trying to create a Purple Cow. In a world full of brown cows, the only thing people notice is the purple one. Don’t just build technology. Build something people can’t ignore.

This week I had the pleasure of hosting the incredible actor Deep Roy at Proto Hologram HQ. If you’ve watched movies over the last few decades, you’ve almost certainly seen his work, even if you didn’t realize it. Deep famously played all 165 Oompa Loompas in Tim Burton’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. He’s also appeared as Yoda and R2-D2 in Star Wars, the snail rider in The NeverEnding Story, and dozens of other unforgettable characters across film and television. After showing him our live holoportation technology, I gave him a tour of the future of presence, including an interactive AI conversational avatar powered by Proto, where he spoke with William Shatner’s AI hologram. Watching a legendary performer who has spent his life creating movie magic experience real-time holographic presence was pretty surreal. And yes… we even got a little Oompa Loompa dance moment out of him. Some days running a hologram company still feels like science fiction. This was definitely one of them. I promised @howiemandel that if he partnered with @ProtoHologram on this Ads-N-Motion holotruck, we’d get him an ad at the Super Bowl, so technically I didn’t lie. A deal is a deal!

Cancer patients need presence, not video. @Protohologram beams oncologists into rural clinics, HIPAA compliant, like they’re there together. Could future doctor visits be as simple as visiting a Holo clinic to see remote specialists? Or the hologram box in your home?

On a recent episode of The Kardashians, something subtle but profound happened. Kris Jenner beamed into Khloé Kardashian’s home using Proto Hologram technology. She appeared in the living room. Then on the kitchen counter. Then on the nightstand in the bedroom. And Kris said something that sounded playful, but was actually a glimpse of the future: “I can be in two places at the same time. I can be three places at the same time. I can be with you wherever you go. I’m everywhere. I’m anywhere you want me to be.” Khloé replied, half-joking, half-realizing it: “You’re omnipresent.” That word matters. Because this moment wasn’t about celebrities. It was about presence being redefined. For the first time in history, physical presence is no longer a prerequisite for human connection, authority, or trust. One person can now exist simultaneously across multiple locations in real scale, in real time, as themselves. That changes everything. It means a doctor can stand at a patient’s bedside without flying across the country. It means a professor can be “in the room” with students on different continents at the same time. It means airports can guide travelers with a human face, not a kiosk. Hotels can offer concierge service that feels personal, not transactional. Malls can replace static directories with living, speaking guides. This isn’t video calls on a screen. This is embodied communication. When someone looks up and sees you at life size, standing where a person should be, eye level, spatially present, the brain reacts differently. Trust increases. Attention sharpens. The interaction feels real because, cognitively, it is real. The Kardashians didn’t invent this moment. But culture has a way of revealing the future before most people realize it’s arrived. What we’re witnessing is the beginning of a world where “being there” no longer means traveling, and “one place at a time” is no longer a constraint. Omnipresence doesn’t belong to celebrities. It belongs to doctors, teachers, service workers, experts, and leaders. And now, we can stop calling it futuristic. We can just call it communication.
