@SouthwestAir Can you explain why extra leg room seating is only selectable at the highest price ticket tier? At 6’7”, this feels terrible.
Every single change implemented recently has been to move backwards.

Hi Andrew, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We'd like to help clear things up. Bags do still fly free on Southwest, though allowances vary by fare type and tier.
Here’s how it works:
• Choice Extra (formerly Business Select) Customers and Rapid Rewards A‑List Preferred Members receive two free checked bags (weight and size limits apply).
• Rapid Rewards A‑List Members and Southwest Credit Cardmembers receive one free checked bag.
• Credit Cardmembers who already receive a checked‑bag benefit won’t receive an additional credit beyond their included allowance.

FYI everyone, at @SouthwestAir bags no longer fly free, even with priority boarding. That was the best part about Southwest Airlines.
