@theRobAustin @WallStreetApes @UltraMagaManda Thats does not mean the government can use cameras and other tech to track you without a warrant. The Carpenter and more recently Chatrie SCOTUS cases reinforce this.

It turns out Flock Safety Cameras love and demand privacy, but only for themselves and their employees - Flock business location says you can’t film - Flock moved locations but they instructed the old building to not give out their location to anyone asking - Security guard at Flock building says he doesn’t consent to being filmed and he doesn’t want to be “under surveillance” Here’s where it gets really crazy - The new flock building is identified but they won’t put their name on the building, or on any of the building signs - Security won’t confirm Flock is in the building - No one is allowed to film, no one is even allowed to access any floors in the building Flock demands extremely privacy, but only for themselves Americans must be under surveillance but for them, you can’t even film outside an old building…. Amazing….

Today, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney announced that the preferred bidder for the Canadian Patrol Submarine Project will be Germany’s TKMS over South Korea’s Hanwa Ocean. In a procurement effort expected to cost up to $100 billion in its totality, Canada’s biggest such effort, Canada will procure up to 12 Type 212CD diesel-powered submarines in a joint effort with Norway. Additionally, Prime Minister Carney said that TKMS had agreed to shift existing production slots for Norwegian and German orders to prioritize Canada to ensure that they can field 4 of the new submarines by 2034.

The issue comes down to where the flag is installed. The HOA contends this one is on common area property, but the homeowners, now facing a $100 fine, disagree” “The HOA has told you it would be okay if you flew the flag on your back patio” “The residents are now fundraising on GoFundMe to pay for an attorney to defend them” I found it’s The Ambiance Owners Association in San Marcos, California I want to make something very clear, a HOA cannot restrict you from flying a standard American Flag out front, this is protected and they will lose Federal and California law strongly protect this right Federal Law (Freedom to Display the American Flag Act of 2005): HOAs cannot prohibit or restrict the display of the US flag on residential property where the owner has a separate ownership interest or exclusive use. They can impose reasonable time/place/manner rules (e.g., size, how it’s mounted, proper etiquette), but not an outright ban California Law (Civil Code § 4705): Explicitly allows display of the US flag (fabric/cloth/paper) on separate property or exclusive-use common areas. HOAs cannot limit or ban it except for public health/safety reasons. Attorneys’ fees can be awarded to winning homeowners in disputes.
