@jjelmslie @GustavoAdolf_ Yes, they can eat and it is expensive to feed them. There was a special one who always got bullied by the others. I would find ways to feed him alone, but that was a while back. Now, I have this stray cat who knows exactly how to find me for food and water.

@jjelmslie @GustavoAdolf_ Birds are very communicative. They brought their own flocks and took turns eating. But I set up an all-you-can-eat system. They hung out and played. The parents fed their kids and taught them how to eat. That was probably my happiest time, and I felt very connected.

@GustavoAdolf_ I swear when I add seed to my empty bird feeders and as I'm walking to hang them up again the birds in the area fly in and start yelling to others that seed is now available. I walk away and they fly to the feeders immediately.

Tbh I still find ChatGPT annoyingly sycophantic. I ask it cooking questions around quantities and timing pretty often and it just tells me whatever will shut me up Then I find out later that I actually need more of an ingredient or more time and want to wage war on my phone

@theTechBee I quit using Chatgpt/Claude/Gemini since I installed Kimaki in my Mac. There's an appeal to keeping all chat memories within my machine and building a corpus of knowledge from all the conversations. Also, being able to choose inference provider and keeping the AI personality

@kmans1953 @HumanityChad We can always step up and do something for others. I saw the gaps and spent 5 days with 3 LLMs to write out 2 strategic documents with my soul. Won't do it again--to have to find words, intent, voice, and connect them together from a transcript... It's an excruciating process.
