If you're reading this, I just dropped a NEW podcast episode with @moseskagan. He gave the exact playbook on how he went from his first apartment building filled with pimps and squatters eating canned food on the roof to over $200M in AUM across 100+ buildings. Bonus: Watch until the end to hear what @moseskagan says is a guaranteed way to grow your distribution to a whole other level. Moses, thank you for your time, you're an absolute legend. If you enjoyed this episode give @moseskagan a follow and don't forget to LIKE & Subscribe on YouTube for more interviews with founders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs. youtu.be/931l7yF-SYQ

It’s really simple Sometimes it’s detached like a house but called a condo, sometimes it attached like and condo and called a house, sometimes they’re condos and called townhouses, sometimes they’re condos and called condos, sometimes they’re apartments converted to condos sometimes they’re hotels converted to condos. Some have an HOA some don’t, some have shared area some don’t, some can be rented out some can’t, some can be financed if more than 50% are rented, some can’t So the easiest way to remember is they can be attached or detached or semi-detached and called houses or townhomes or lofts or apartments or condos
