जब न्यायपालिका की निष्पक्षता पर सवाल उठने लगते हैं, तो लोगों का भरोसा कमजोर होना स्वाभाविक है. जस्टिस यशवंत वर्मा के मामलों और लगातार आती शिकायतें यही दिखाती हैं कि सिस्टम में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही जरूरी है. जब साफ जवाब नहीं मिलते, तो लोगों का विश्वास और कम होता जाता है. ऐसे माहौल में अरविंद केजरीवाल द्वारा सत्याग्रह का रास्ता चुनना सिर्फ एक व्यक्ति का फैसला नहीं, बल्कि पूरे सिस्टम पर उठता एक बड़ा सवाल है.

In all humility and with complete respect for judiciary, I have written the following letter to Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma, informing her that pursuing Gandhian principles of Satyagraha, it won’t be possible for me to pursue this case in her court, either in person or through a counsel. I have taken this difficult decision after coming to the clear conclusion that the proceedings being conducted in her court do not, in any manner, satisfy the fundamental principle that ‘justice must not only be done but must also be seen to be done’. I admire Rahul Gandhi…. and yes, shamelessly. Not because he’s perfect, not because he wins every narrative battle, but because in a political space full of noise, he still feels real. There’s a simplicity about him that doesn’t look rehearsed. A certain honesty that doesn’t try too hard to impress. In a country where aggression is often mistaken for strength, he chooses calm and that takes far more courage than people admit. Also, the “Pappu” label has largely been political branding used by BJP…. it stuck for a while, but public perception has definitely shifted over time, especially after his more recent speeches and campaigns. The narrative isn’t what it used to be, no matter how badly some people want to hold onto it. Call him names, make your jokes because it’s easy. But the truth is, people don’t keep rising in relevance if there’s nothing there. And whether you like it or not, Rahul Gandhi is not going anywhere. And I respect that. These are true emotions. We have failed on multiple fronts right from valuing a human life, providing good education to an average poor student, zero road safety, below avg law & order, rising prices of real estate, trust on judiciary & other institutions is less, job security after education is nil, on innovation front we have done nothing ground breaking. Worst, we are only going downhill because this gap of rich & poor is increasing fast and people have lost hope. We have actually wasted last golden 16-18 years.
