Today in the morning, I experienced a very close call pale Juja Police. Thika Road.. Kudos the Mazda X5 driver for the quick response otherwise another one was to add up to the statistics..
Do KFS/KWS rangers patrol Karura after dark to rescue people who might not have made it out before dark? I was still in the forest at 7pm & its a miracle I found my way out😭😭😭
A car wash charging KES 300 per car only needs 20 cars per day to gross KES 6,000.
That is KES 180,000 per month.
But every estate has dusty cars, muddy cars, bodas, taxis, and people who wash their car only when the dirt starts forming a personality.
Why are we not all opening car washes?
Men,
Pray for your fellow men.
I do this every morning.
Men are silently in pain.
A man might look jovial but, he is in pain, tears, betrayal, struggles, and wasted years.
If we hold a man's hand, and light up his dream, we are lighting up the future.

Ideal age for marriage:
biologically - 15 years
religiously - 15-17 years
socially - 26 years
legally - 21 years
traditionally - 24-28 years
economically - 30 years
logically - 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿, but you have to do it anyway.
Men,
Therefore,
Before sleeping with a woman,
Ask yourself,
"Is it worth it?"
"What if she becomes pregnant?"
"Do I have the capacity to raise a family, or am I still depending on my parents?"
Please, don't be a fool.

STATUS UPDATE ON THE NANDI HILLS TOWN POOL GAME INCIDENT .
After the much hyped administrative action by inspector General of police kanja Douglas against senior police officers who oversaw brutalization and beating of youth for playing a pool game in Nandi hills Town, Nandi county he only 'rewarded ' them by mere transfers instead of disciplinary action and criminal proceedings. This comes as the perpetrators of the heinous crime are still at large. That's why I dismissed that this was a pure Public relations gimmick by the inspector General of police.
The ineffective, moribund and incompetent Inspector General kanja must be called out for this travesty of justice against my youth !!.
As we pursue the IPOA to fast rack the investigations and prosecution we are putting in place legal team to pursue compensation and private prosecution. The parliamentary proceedings are also ongoing.
The arc of moral universe is long but it always bends towards justice.

Blessed evening.
Buying a Car on Bank Finance in Kenya ?
Please read carefully before starting the process
1) Confirm Your Financing Eligibility
Visit your bank first to confirm whether you qualify for vehicle financing. This involves checking your credit score and risk profile.
This step is critical. DO NOT begin the car buying process before approval, as declines later can lead to delays and financial losses.
2) Understand the Financing Percentage
Once approved, negotiate the financing ratio based on your risk rating.
Most Kenyan banks finance 70%–90% of the vehicle value, with a few offering 100% financing.
3) Select a Vehicle from a Dealership
Visit a showroom and identify a suitable vehicle.
•Banks typically finance vehicles that are up to 7 years old from the year of manufacture
•Some SACCOs may extend this limit to 8 years
Negotiate the price and engage a qualified professional to conduct a pre purchase inspection.
If the vehicle passes inspection, pay a 10% commitment fee to reserve it.
This commitment:
•Secures the vehicle
•Prevents it from being sold to another buyer
•Is essential because the process can take 3–4 weeks
If the bank is offering 100% financing, the commitment is refundable.
If partial financing applies, the commitment forms part of your contribution, and you will top up the balance.
4) Verify Importation & Export Documents
Confirm the authenticity of the vehicle’s documentation, including:
•Certificate of Export
•Import Declaration Form (IDF)
•KRA Entry documents
Ensure import duty has been fully paid and verify using bank receipts in the dealer’s records.
The export certificate confirms the vehicle was legally cleared for export and not stolen.
For Japanese imports, it also includes Shaken inspection details.
Vehicles sold in their 7th year should have undergone two inspections within four years (every two years).
5) Bank Approved Vehicle Valuation
Request a list of approved motor vehicle valuers from your bank.
The valuation can be conducted immediately after the pre purchase inspection.
Note: Valuation costs are payable by the buyer, and only bank panel valuers are accepted.
6) Submission of Documents to the Bank
The dealer will issue a proforma invoice and provide all relevant vehicle documents.
These are submitted to the bank in soft copy.
The valuer submits the valuation report directly to the bank (soft and hard copy).
Ensure the valuer has the loan officer’s email and phone contact.
7) Dealer KYC Requirements
The bank will also require the following from the dealer:
Dealer Documents
•Certificate of Incorporation
•CR1, CR2, CR8 (Articles & Memorandum of Association)
•Latest CR12 and eCitizen Slip
•Company KRA PIN
•Directors’ IDs/Passports and KRA PINs
•Original Logbook or Importation Documents
8) Bank Letter of Undertaking
Once verification is complete, the bank issues a Letter of Undertaking, confirming its commitment to finance the vehicle.
Many Mombasa dealers will only proceed with registration after this step.
NTSA processing may add up to two additional weeks.
9) Logbook Transfer & Payment Release
The bank releases funds only after:
•Logbook transfer is initiated by the dealer
•Ownership transfer is accepted by both you and the bank
10) Insurance Arrangement
Request the bank to process comprehensive insurance in joint names (you and the bank).
11) Vehicle Release
The bank issues a payment release confirmation.
The dealer may release the vehicle immediately or wait until funds reflect in their account.

There is nothing like a "God-fearing" woman.
She doesn't exist.
The things these "God-fearing" women do under the cover of darkness are disgustingly shocking.
Women don't fear God. They fear becoming irrelevant.
