And let’s be conservative even though I think that number is low because 40% being a mix seems like that includes people who only defend themself. 30% on let’s say 300k players nets them around 100k active players back buying skins. ARC Raiders losing 80% of Steam players doesn't mean it's dead, but interest has faded. While 100k concurrents 6 months post-launch is solid, it's a big drop from the peak. Hopefully, the new map brings back players and devs fix the serious issues to save the game's momentum.

I love playing ARC Raiders as a PvE only player. My days of pub stomping are long gone. I need a chill, yet serious gaming experience now and this game is the perfect mix. Need to take it seriously enough to keep your eyes and ears open, but casual enough that you can relax and take it all in without too much fear beyond the ruthless tin cans. It doesn't make me "soft" or have a "skill issue" because I enjoy relaxing at the end of a long work day. You don't know me from Adam, but I actually used to be on an MLG Call of Duty team. I can play the fast, run and gun tactics that apparantly 30% of ARC Raiders is. Playing that style was who I was years ago. It's just not who I am anymore. Anyhow, I'm going to go save lives tonight topside, because I get far more enjoyment out of defibbing randoms than knocking them down.

@ARCRaidersNews 30% is pure pvp, the rest is forced to adapt into it while pveing. That's why daily player numbers are decreasing day by day. If Embark has the balls, send players ingame poll to choose between pve and pvp. Morons.

@the_seeing_only @ARCRaidersGame I would rather have an PVE Mode where you fight Buffed big arcs in a 5 Squad group than having an useless Solo vs Squads Mode Nobody asked for. Nobody wants to Take away the pvp aspect, just let your Players decide what they want to Play.

@GreatWhite85 @ArcRaidersInfo There is no downside to this. PVPers can choose PVP and gear up in PVE. There’s so many of us who quit because we only like the PVE in this game and getting ratted is no fun. I play COD for PvP. It’s such an easy answer. So many would come back.

Players choose PVE or PVP and know what they’re gettin into.If a PVE player wants to try PVP they can do that and likewise a PVP player can grind out inventory in peace before they hop back over to PVP. No downside. Now I’m not playing at all and I’m not alone…

@tellepersonne @ARCRaidersGame Before I quit I kept getting ratted in “PVE lobbies” so I don’t think that’s quite right. What do they have to lose in trying it? I think they’d be pleasantly surprised by the results…

@the_seeing_only @ARCRaidersGame Because of ABMM, most players have left the game, since there is no real mix of different playstyles anymore. So we already know what the result will be if they add a PvE mode it will be even worse.

Kept happening to me and I was in “PVE lobbies” - I’m not going to deal with that frustration and seems a lot of other people won’t either. Easy solution.
