Ok you need food. So you need to walk to the butcher. Then to the baker. Then to vegetables and fruit stand. Then you need to walk home. Now you need to do errands. So you do those. Then you need to run or bike outside for a little bit for exercise. Now you need to walk to work. And then walk back.

I am unemployed and it takes effort to hit just 10k steps a day. Like I am taking a hike up a mountain every day to reach this goal. People who say they get 20k steps in a day are probably lying.
