I really miss having an established beta reader that I had a relationship with who I could always go to and I really want to have that here 😭 but I keep asking people and it doesn’t work out. Like, I would love to have somebody to bounce ideas off of for my WIP.

It's easy to see some AI markers and be like 'yes this is ai this author is also a scumbag and a liar!', and *maybe* that's partially true, but not every fic with AI markers is made by a poser who can't write. Some of them are probably made by writers who want to cut corners.+

Just thinking about the time I saw somebody compliment a fic by saying the writing was “opalesque” and then I realized that fic was probably also AI and that’s why they sounded alike
