Comment ‘CRUSH’ and I’ll send you all the drills you need for this weeks practice session Most golfers try to get the club into position using their hands and arms. That’s why it feels disconnected. If you want a better follow through, you need to move your body, not just the

The BEST ever.
Leigh St.John | Inner OS Upgrade@LeighStJohn33

I've read MANY "spiritual" books over the years Everything from the POWER OF NOW to "Letting Go" There was one book though that led to a PERMANENT shift in identity And a 80% reduction in suffering/stress/thinking In that book was an INCREDIBLY SIMPLE practice that changed everything It's the 3rd year of University I was writing my Final year Thesis on how Meditation & Mindfulness improve academic attainment By reducing the symptoms of stress, anxiety & depression I'm doing 2-4 hours of meditation a day Getting into states of absorption/bliss on command And generally having an incredible time with my 7 mates who I lived with (My then GF now Wife was also back home so I had lots of space and time to do whatever I wanted) I am determined to "wake up" The idea of "Leigh" already feels like it's hanging on by a thread I'm living most of days in PRESENCE & relative inner peace But I want to go deeper I'm reading the book "I AM THAT" by the Indian Saint Nisargadatta Maharaj It's a brilliant book that boils down to one key "practice" "Hold on to the ‘I am’ to the exclusion of everything else" I had a surge of strong determination to simply hold onto this ONE thought until something shifted And so I did For the next 3-days the only thought I allowed myself to entertain was the "I AM" Then...as we came back from the gym... My room mate - Who was ironically an extreme skeptic/material reductionist type dude... Clicked - Out of scorn - On a video on my YouTube home page: "Angels singing 800% slower" was the title I believe... "Wtf is this shit" I remember him saying... And the moment that song came on... It acted as the catalyst to trigger 3-days and many 1000s of hours of effort I instantly started crying and the sheer volume of tears is like nothing I've ever experienced before or after Literal rivers flowing from both eyes And then BOOM - Sent into "oneness with the Universe" type awakening for 15+ mins I come back 15-mins later Open my eyes 3 friends on my bed - 2 of them with tears in their eyes "What the fuck just happened?" I can barely speak Trying to explain what went down seems pointless Eventually things "boot back online" But the world looks different Something has permanently changed There's a great sense of oneness, ease & relief But instead of feeling like some cosmic chakra lord And after a couple of wild weeks where things definitely felt very "physic" It all eventually boiled down... And I felt more human than ever Things had become very simple & very quiet internally I also realized there's a tremendous amount of "cleaning up" to do on the human level Some things that were quite obvious Mostly though really subtle little attachments Since then I've followed the flow of life I spent time coaching teens with Autism & ADHD to find the confidence to re-enter the mainstream classroom Spent 8 years in Japan living in Nagasaki & Osaka Built a powerful biz serving 85+ clients with a ton of INCREDIBLE results And have become a Husband & Father Something I NEVER thought I'd ever do Now all that's really left is silent PRESENCE And an unconditional wholeness, peace & joy Of course - I have VERY human moments too But it's all an opportunity for deeper & deeper letting go Needless to say The practice of holding onto "I AM" is powerful indeed! Forever grateful to a man who I've never met But consider my primary teacher

I built a marketplace where AI agents pay other AI agents. Claude can't get live stock prices — so it hired a tool on AgentMarket. Then it hired Perplexity for deep research, paid 1¢, got citations back. No human in the loop.

@TwentyHQ you’re early to something real. Infra OSS worked because dev = user = buyer (Postgres, ClickHouse). CRM failed there—until AI. Now CRM = memory + reasoning layer for agents. If you: •win SMBs first •obsess over migration •layer in services/support You can ride the same playbook. Costs are high enough—people will switch.

It’s time for a new member of Congress in Silicon Valley who prioritizes the advancement of technology and the continuation of the amazing job creation that the Silicon Valley ecosystem has produced for the last 25 years. Let’s elect a member of our own tech community, Ethan Agarwal. Go Ethan!!!
Garry Tan@garrytan

I support Ethan Agarwal against Ro Khanna Khanna has turned his back on the people of CA17. He said he would help tech, that his predecessor did nothing but name a post office. We would rather Khanna do that than work to destroy prosperity with national asset seizure.

Incredible read - highly recommend slowly absorbing this. Even doing one of the Suggested exits will have big impact. For me it’s been meditation. But actively questioning beliefs and their origins is a good one too. Also the creation space post meditation - I usually start working. Well done @thedarshakrana

Breath work and Meditation has been an invaluable performance tool for me. Tons of studies have shown reduction in Cortisol: ↓ 20–30%, increase in Attention & working memory: ↑ 10–25% reduction in rumination and Default Mode Network activity: ↓ 20–40%. AND it feels great. There is some bad information out there (you need to make your mind blank - not true!) and staying on the practice is best done by practicing WITH others. Over the past year we have built the #1 free app in world - Sattva!!(lnkd.in/gdMFd4ds). It has 2M downloads and is rated 4.8 on appstore. We have a simple 5 day journey for new people - less that 10-15 mins a day. There are also 3x daily drop in mediations and lots of content - sounds, binural beats, and lots of knowledge videos like explanation of the science of Yoga. We are also conducting masterclasses on Sleep. If you or someone in your life wants to learn this science please join us. If there are any feature requests please let me know.

1) You don’t actually “touch” anything. → What you feel as touch is electromagnetic repulsion between electrons, plus the Pauli exclusion principle preventing them from overlapping. It’s pushback, not atoms pressing together. 2) Solid objects are mostly empty space. → Atoms are like tiny solar systems: a minuscule nucleus with electrons around it. “Hardness” comes from forces and structure, not from being packed solid.

There a lot of other cool features that can truly make an efficient salesperson - not having to do laborious data entry for forecasts and notes for one. Today CRM systems are monolithic and built for management mostly. An AI first CRM would make a salesperson more effective AND efficient. Be personal. Have memory. Understand context of a particular client AND be useful to the clients they serve without the uneasy sales meetings. I’m happy to brainstorm product specs with PMs and and engineers and also build something as an open source platform. Any interest DM me
Alex B@bprintco

I see a lot of people posting about replacing their CRM with something they vibe coded. That’s cool. I love it. But what I haven’t seen yet is someone actually reimagining what a CRM should be in an AI world. Right now everyone is just rebuilding Salesforce with prettier buttons. I don’t want a better interface. I don’t want more dashboards. I don’t want another place to click around. I want a completely different way to interact with my business. I don’t want to: - search for a customer - open their record - pull up their estimate - copy/paste my line items - checkbox attachments - click send I want to pull out my phone and say: “Send John Smith an estimate for 3 acres at tier 2 brush density and tier 1 terrain.” And it just does it. Or: “Follow up on all pending estimates for the next 30 minutes. Give me a quick summary of each job and connect the call.” Or: “Which customers haven’t paid in 14 days? Text them a reminder and flag the ones that don’t respond.” Or: “Who are my top 10 repeat customers? Draft a thank-you email and a referral offer.” Or: “What jobs next week need equipment mobilized? Notify the operators and update the schedule.” That’s the CRM I want. I don’t want a Salesforce clone. I want someone to take this to the next level. There are some absolute killers out there right now building insane things. Someone is going to crack this. Build that please.
