@CarrierMideaInd A Carrier technician contacted me for a scheduled free service. Prior to this visit, the unit was cooling perfectly. However, immediately after the technician completed the service, the AC stopped cooling entirely.

@CarrierMideaInd No estimate was ever provided to me, nor did I refuse any necessary repairs. It appears the service center is intentionally closing tickets to avoid accountability for a mistake made during a routine service.
