@LensReality @Maxar_Weather @JaniceHuff4ny @BenNollWeather @Raphael4NY @accuweather @SamChampion @BrittanyBabc7 1896, 1962, 1991 and 2010 r the only four times where 90° weather visited NYC, Central Park in April, May & June in the same year. will 2026 be the fifth year with this distinction?

@CecilyTynan @6abcadamjoseph Philadelphia International Airport: hi Adam and Cecily. I don’t know if you knew this or not but 2026 was only the fourth year, after 1960, 1977 and 1990, with at least one 80° day in March and at least one 90° day in April.
English

@LeeGoldbergABC7 @CentralParkNYC @ABC7NY @JeffSmithABC7 @danibeckstrom @BrittanyBabc7 @SamChampion 2026’s next 90° day after April fifteenth would be interesting. almost every time there’s a very early 90° day, there’s often a long hiatus before the year’s next 90° day happens.

@joshtimlin NYC, Central Park: 2024-2025 had 141 days in a row under 70F, longest such streak since 2014-2015 (167 days) and 2012-2013 (174 days) (2025-2026 would have 140 days)
English

Central Park broke above 60F for the first time in 111 days - the longest streak below 60F since 1982.
This is more in line with winters of 100 years ago than the modern climate period.
