@robertreese_4 Similar pattern down here in NW Ohio, those that started early are done or close to it, those of us that wanted or needed to just wait until after that next rain are not sitting that well.

The steady beat of #PreventPlant can now be heard in the distance.
More rain last night. Ducks and geese hanging out consistently nowadays in the standing water at the farm

@kyleplattner @lawrence_farms I'd be down to try it also. I end up only using autopath after my ends are done currently

@lawrence_farms I’ll send you a DM. We have something for you to try.

@JakeCarter167 @soilwarrior I thought there was a little too much dirt blowing out in this video actually. I was able to make it a little better by changing the angle of the toolbar

Slow motion video of a Soilwarrior Edge unit with a shank running 10in deep making strips for next year's corn crop. @soilwarrior

@AaronBobeck I have a 6 row 3pt 7000 and the front is pretty light on my 4020 when the boxes are full

Going old school cool for seed corn #plant25...
Can a 4010 pick this 30ft 7100 up?
Has working lift assist but would rather not use
Removing markers and all but 4 row units
(2-1 male seed corn)

Just watched the video of the JD teaming taking Beau and his family on a special tour of the Waterloo plant and it reminded me of when they sent this gift to my family when we started this journey. @JohnDeere keeping doing good things, no small deed goes unnoticed

@CarlsonTractor I've been looking for one of these after mine grew legs and walked out of the shop!

@FarmrHuntr Aftermarket closing wheels if using a planter on 15" spacing as already stated. If you can get them in the ground come spring time and get them covered up they will grow. I use furrow cruisers and they work well from no-till to conventional till.

@sawyera32 @Bkitch1Bodie Inspected every year, expenses not spared in repairs. 3500/2500 hours. Headed to the dealer for some work this week but will be up for sale following completion. They offered me $35k for trade in as is so I'd like to get that out of it after repairs

@MaxROIFarmer @apasztor82 The edge row units I ran with both shank and coulter configurations, both worked well I thought and I was able to change them over in a couple hours by myself. Both configs take some HP, all my 8370RT wanted to try to get 8mph min they wanted. 6-7mph in heavy ground

@MaxROIFarmer @apasztor82 This is a 4520SED and it's built heavy for sure. Nothing about this bar I would worry about breaking apart. Adjustment is pretty easy and the meters are pretty simple after you see how they operate. This is a bar I rented from ETS and I don't have many complaints other than $$$
