Annotating the #nCoV proteome. Spike has many variations in the bulk head of the protein. Compared to #SARS it lacks NS8a and b, but got a very different ns8 similar to many bats CoV. Also seems to encode for ORF14 found in bats CoV. The ORF10 from RefSeq is still hypothetical.
