Only weeks ago, the Dept of Education announced investigations of 50+ universities over #DEI. DOE fired much of the civil rights staff about the same time. NOW, after supposedly rigorous investigation & legal analysis. the administration is shaking down Harvard. Shady & sloppy.

Thousands of U.S. Agency for International Development staffers who worked at the agency’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. were given 15-minute time slots to gather their belongings and were escorted out of the building by federal officers on Thursday. The scene of tearful federal staffers leaving with boxes and bags of their things comes amid the Department of Government Efficiency’s dismantling of the agency in recent weeks, including cutting funding, placing workers on leave, and terminating contracts leaving only a fraction of USAID workers left. PBS News’ Lisa Desjardins was present outside of the building and recorded this footage.
