@OntheBeachUK You will not hear the end of this. We are furious. You have left us stranded in a foreign country. We have been trying for a week to get this resolved. We have paid you almost two thousand pounds!!! I’ve had better customers service in a fast food restaurant.

@OntheBeachUK Very poor customer service from you guys. I can’t even dial your UK number from abroad. The hotel is trying to help us but can’t even contact you to get your authorisation for our extra night stay. Your customer service amounts to little more than a scam.

Holiday makers please be aware before using @OntheBeachUK to plan and book your holiday. if your flight details change @OntheBeachUK aren’t interested. If you need to change your booking the hotel will say talk to @OntheBeachUK. But They won’t talk to you😩

@BandQ I am not one to post a complaint publicly but am at the end of my tether with B&Q on line shopping service. 7 weeks since I ordered a fence panel for £61 and it still hasn’t been delivered. Customer service seem powerless to influence the delivery team. Whats going on?

@AerLingus why is there no agents at the bag drop at Gatwick. There been a queue waiting for 30 mins. Very poor service. We are encouraged to get to the airport early but then no staff to process bag drop!!

@easyJet Also the airports screens displayed nothing about the status of the flight. Very poor performance in keeping passengers informed in my opinion. I’m sure as a service provider the customer must be the central focus for you?

@easyJet Why am I sitting in Larnaca airport 7 minutes after the plane was due to take off and not a word from easyJet about the delay. There is a PA system at the airport that could be used for this rather than reminding us that we are breathing fresh air.
