The basic point is correct, but the prediction is dubious. In an actual civil war, the right wing has vastly more resources of untrained men, and rapid organization, especially under conditions of modern technology and given the right impulses, is trivially easy. Antifa goons have power under current conditions; they have zero in the case of actual civil conflict, and would quickly be exterminated.
