@erica_wenger @erica_wenger , did a full audit on Trailblazers. Distribution matters but there's something far more important we need to talk about if you want this show to create real impact. Dm'ed you.

Who is the best agency/human that creates engaging podcast clips for TikTok + IG reels? None of the software is good enough just yet. Comment/DM me!!

The era of cyborgs is upon us. Maybe. On the latest podcast, we talk with Connor Glass from Phantom Neuro, which made the robotic prosthetic below possible. Full episode here - corememory.com/p/the-cyborgs-…

I listen to a few good podcasts regularly but I'm looking for a breath of fresh air. Voices in the AI, tech and startup podcast space that aren't getting the attention they deserve. Not the obvious ones. The hidden gems, the underrated ones. Drop them below.

My agency has generated over $10 million and 10 billion impressions on 𝕏. We've built dozens of accounts to 100k+ followers in the last 4 years. So I sat down and wrote a 44-page playbook that details A → Z how to launch, grow, and monetize your account on 𝕏. Like + Comment "Playbook" and I'll DM it to you. Must follow/have your DMs open. 24 Hours only.

It's the infrastructure that turns a first-time viewer into someone who watches everything. Short form that finds the stranger. A funnel that converts them. A system that compounds quietly in the background while Julian focuses on the show. That gap is fixable. We would love to fix it. The Solo Founder deserves to be great show. @julianweisser

The Algorithm favors consistency and rhythm. The show is built well. The system underneath it isn't. Every episode finds an audience. None of those people have a reason to stay connected until the next one drops. What's missing isn't more content, BUT (2/3)

Day 6 — finding and fixing problems in good podcasts. The Solo Founder, hosted by @julianweisser A trailer that earns your attention before asking for it. Production that respects the listener. A show that clearly had thought put into it before episode one dropped. BUT (1/3)

In a few years we'll look back and realize the most important hire any company made in 2026 was in marketing and social media

I built a Music Picker Prompt for video editors. Stop spending hours scrolling through your music library. → Identifies the mood of each part → Suggests music tracks that fit → Saves you the decision-making Comment 'MUSIC' and I'll send it (must be following so I can dm).

202 subscribers today. That number has nothing to do with the quality of the show. I genuinely want to work with you Erica. Not to sell you something. Because when I see a problem I know how to fix and I can't fix it , I feel partially guilty. @erica_wenger (3/3)

Erica has everything a podcast host spends years trying to build. The guests, the conversations, the credibility and the content. What's missing is the framework that takes all of that and makes it travel to the audience. Right now the show is doing the hard work. BUT (2/3)

Day 5 — finding and fixing problems in good podcasts. Trailblazers Podcast, hosted by @erica_wenger I sat with this one longer than the others. Because the problem is simple. And knowing I could fix it while watching it go unfixed, that bothers me. here's the problem(1/3)

@ashnichrist Hey @ashnichrist, check our website out, we call ourselves a distribution agency instead of a clipping agency cuz our conversion rates are way higher than industry avg. Distribution with impact is the way to go. Millions of views are useless if they do not convert.

People are asking me for clippers and clip farms. Who do I send them to? Need to compile a list of good ones. Please share!

One that starts with what you've already built and compounds from there. Let's talk it out in the comments or DM's Mark. Whichever you prefer. @markbrazil (3/3)

Are you solving this 1 problem for your own podcast? Production. Guests. Conversations. All world class. Specially the studio. But the moments aren't reaching enough people. No funnel. No engine pulling new viewers into loyal listeners. There's a plan for this. (2/3)

Day 4 — finding and fixing problems in good podcasts. Open Residency, hosted by @markbrazil. Dan Martell said on the show, "Every business was created by solving your own problem first, then selling it to people too lazy to solve it." So I have one question for you Mark.(1/3)
